Rohith began his career in 2003 in South Africa, specialising in Commercial and Industrial Property Sales and Leasing. Mentored by an industry leader and later co-founding Dalmax Properties CC, he quickly built a reputation for delivering results. By 2010, together with his wife Roana, he founded Rocom Properties in KwaZulu Natal, South Africa, growing it into a thriving business with a team of 8. They then went onto buying a Rawson Franchise in KwaZulu Natal and Sandton Johannesburg and built a team of 28 concentrating on ALL aspects of property- Residential Sales and Renting, Commercial Sales and Leasing and Property Management.

After relocating to Auckland with their family, Rohith and Roana are proud to call New Zealand home. Once again they dived in and bought a REMAX Franchise and grew that to a team of 24 with a strong and solid Management Team within 24 months which they sold off in June 2025. Today, they work under the original banner of Rocom Properties, where they continue to focus on Residential Sales, Commercial and Industrial Sales and Leasing in Auckland and other regions.
